Claire is a graduate from the University of Richmond, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance. She chose to major in finance because she found the field’s analytical nature and its potential for impacting people’s lives both compelling and rewarding. Claire earned Dean’s List recognition as a student-athlete and served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as a Mental Health Liaison. Fun fact about UR, it is the only university in the country to have a spider as their mascot.
After starting competitive golf at age thirteen, Claire earned herself a spot in Richmond’s Division I Women’s Golf program. During her four years on the team she competed in numerous tournaments and grew her athletic and leadership skills. The highlight of her time there was capturing a Patriot League Championship title with her fellow Spiders at their home course in Richmond, Virginia.
Claire’s work experience began in New Jersey where she spent two summers as a client services intern. Most recently, Claire interned for Morgan Stanley as part of their Wealth Management Pathways Program. This position allowed her to strengthen her understanding of wealth management, complete complex projects with a team, and run client simulations.
Claire is originally from Rochester, New York and is new to the Charlotte area. As a western New Yorker she can be considered a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan, and she makes sure to attend as many games as she can each year. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, hiking, baking, and reading. Claire has even crafted her own pickle recipe and has been perfecting it since she graduated in May 2024. She is also more than happy to show you pictures of Finley, her bernedoodle, who is patiently waiting for her back at home.
